She is deeply invested in Occupational Health and Safety for both staff and clients, as well as Infection Prevention and Control within the homecare setting. In her current position, Barbara meticulously tracks, organizes, records, and stores the agency's financial data, alongside preparing and processing payroll. With a background in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Payroll Compliance, Barbara's expertise ensures the smooth financial operations of DCHSA. Having personal family experience as a caretaker, Roxanne understands the importance of compassion and support in our day to day interactions and is always available to assist clients and staff alike in making office experiences seamless and enjoyable.
