Outside of work, Maxwell is an enthusiast of motorcycles, vinyl records, and movies.
Maxwell Hersey

, a seasoned health care professional with over 33 years of experience, serves as a Nursing Supervisor at our agency since October 30, 2003. In her role, she oversees staff in the Clare/Weymouth areas, ensuring high-quality care planning and support for clients. Dianne has been a RN since 1991 and holds a BScN from the University of Moncton. She is deeply invested in Occupational Health and Safety for both staff and clients, as well as Infection Prevention and Control within the homecare setting. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in her hobbies of cooking/baking, photography, traveling and scrapbooking.
Dianne Thimot-Hankinson

, joined our team as a Scheduler on March 12, 2023. In her role, she excels in coordinating client visits, staff schedules, and organizing meetings and trainings. With her background as a Certified Care Assistant (CCA), she brings invaluable insight into client intake procedures. Diannarose's passion for homecare shines through her love for one-on-one interactions with clients, where she enjoys learning about their lives and connecting with them on a personal level. She finds joy in conversing with clients over the phone and visiting them in their homes, fostering meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Diannarose indulges in various hobbies, including beach outings, music appreciation, art, and spending quality time with her dog. Her talents extend to nail enhancements and makeup artistry, and she finds relaxation in diving into a captivating book or thrilling series.

Since joining our team on July 15, 2015, Rhonda has played a pivotal role in overseeing client care and supervising staff to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. With an LPN Diploma obtained at NSCC in 2001, Rhonda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She finds fulfillment in supporting her community by helping individuals stay in their homes longer, and she takes pride in mentoring and empowering her colleagues to excel in their roles. Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending quality time with her family, tending to her chicken farm, and nurturing her vegetable garden.

With a background in Business Administration from NSCC, Erika brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, seeking to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. She is driven by a passion for helping others and thrives in environments where she can keep things organized and running smoothly. Beyond her professional pursuits, Erika is an avid enthusiast of all things True Crime-related, and in her leisure time, she enjoys indulging in reading, crafting, travelling, and photography.

Barbara's journey with DCHSA began on Jan 29, 2018, as a Certified Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), and she has since taken on various roles including Scheduler and Administrative Assistant. In her current position, Barbara meticulously tracks, organizes, records, and stores the agency's financial data, alongside preparing and processing payroll. With a background in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Payroll Compliance, Barbara's expertise ensures the smooth financial operations of DCHSA. Outside of work, Barbara's passion for helping others extends beyond her professional endeavors; she finds fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and connections with clients and colleagues alike. As a lifelong learner, Barbara enjoys exploring new avenues of knowledge, but her favorite moments are spent cherishing quality time with her beloved family and friends.

Since joining the agency in 2017, Micheala has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills, overseeing scheduling practices and playing an integral role in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) committee. With a background as a Continuing Care Assistant and previous experience as a Scheduler, Micheala's in-depth understanding of client needs and scheduling requirements ensures seamless coordination of care services. A graduate of the Continuing Care Assistant Program at NSCC, Micheala is passionate about helping clients remain safe and happy in their homes. Beyond work, Micheala enjoys gardening, spending time with her dogs Otty & Max, and exploring the great outdoors through camping and travelling adventures.

Joining us in August 2024, Andrea's 18 years as a dedicated LPN, has honed her natural interpersonal and communication skills and is the perfect compliment to our team of outstanding professionals. With a personal goal of helping our clients remain in their homes, by bringing a critical and creative eye to problem solving, Andrea finds gratification in facilitating resolutions that benefit all stakeholders. She's quick to share her considerable knowledge and expertise with colleagues taking personal pride and immense satisfaction in mentoring and watching her colleagues achieve career goals and successes. With a passion for exploring natural spaces, Andrea finds work life balance by discovering new places to hike, new plants to grow, new music to explore, new restaurants to investigate and new courses to expand her already impressive list of educational achievements.

Roxanne Mullen, joined our team in October 2024. As our Administrative Assistant, with over 30 years experience in office settings, Roxanne ensures a warm and efficient environment for everyone who walks through the doors or contacts Digby Clare Home Support Agency. Having personal family experience as a caretaker, Roxanne understands the importance of compassion and support in our day to day interactions and is always available to assist clients and staff alike in making office experiences seamless and enjoyable. When away from work, Roxanne enjoys reading, singing, and cherishing moments with family.

Melanie White,
Melanie joined our team as a CCA after graduating from NSCC in 2017. In May 2025, she became part of our Administrative team as one of our Schedulers. Her background as an active Certified Care Assistant for more than eight years gives her a unique perspective when it comes to meeting not only our clients’ needs, but also the needs of our road staff.
She quickly became an invaluable member of our team, excelling in coordinating client visits, organizing staff schedules, and supporting ongoing meetings and training sessions. Her compassionate and empathetic voice on the phone offers a sense of safety and care to everyone who connects with her each day.
In her free time, Melanie enjoys reading, crafting, playing with her dogs, and hosting dinner parties. Her love for card games adds an extra layer of fun to her gatherings!

Amanda Stone,
Meet Amanda, one of our dedicated Schedulers who joined the team in July 2025. With nearly 20 years of experience as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) with Digby Clare Home Support Agency, Amanda brings extensive hands-on knowledge from working directly with clients in their homes. This background provides a unique and valuable perspective in her role as Scheduler, where she interacts with clients daily and helps ensure their home care needs are met promptly and effectively.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her cats and chickens, reading and pursuing her passion for gardening. She is vital member of our scheduling team.
